Ken Veness
Ken Veness has held senior leadership roles within private business, local government and government owned corporations.
His experience covers many corporate and operational areas including finance, corporate governance, procurement, open space management, policy development, organisational change and commercial services.
Ken is currently employed with the Port of Townsville responsible for commercial activity.
Ken has completed a Bachelor of Commerce degree and several Diploma's including: Horticulture, Local Government Administration and Procurement.
He once jumped of a plane (yes with a parachute) however the parachute malfunctioned! So, it may be that if the parachute had not failed on that day, Ken may still be jumping out of planes.
