She has over 25 years of experience in Corporate Communications, Public Relations, Marketing Strategy, Digital Marketing, Marketing Coaching, Stakeholder Engagement, Crisis Communication, Social Media Strategy and Management, and Event Management, across a large variety of Industries in the UK, Europe and Australia. Committed to giving back to her community Heidi has been a board member of the Townsville Hospital Foundation, the Townsville Crocodiles National Basketball Team, Founder of the Secret Feast, Chair of the Strand Sunset Cinema Group and Vice President of Umbrella Studio Contemporary Arts.

Since 2019 Heidi has also been a mentor to emerging marketing communications professionals nationally through Google, Women in Media and the Australian Marketing Institute where she has also served as head judge for the National Marketing Awards of Excellence
